Packages
• Traditionally Personal Training has been sold in blocks of sessions or packages (ie. 1, 4, 8, 12 sessions)
• Variable discounts usually apply for larger packages
• Ask your trainer about the 30, 45, or 60 minute options
• We recommend you to always get a receipt from your trainer!
Direct Debit
• Many trainers now offer direct debit options
• Great way of making Personal Training part of your weekly or monthly expenditure
