Mums & Bubs 10-Week Block Term 4 - Begins October 7th 2025
Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:30 AM | 50-Minute Class

Our Mums & Bubs class is designed for postnatal mums who want to ease back into exercise safely and confidently, with bub right there beside you. Each 50-minute session blends strength, cardio, and endurance training, all tailored to support your postpartum recovery and help you rebuild from the inside out.
We get it, some days your little one might need extra cuddles, a feed, or a moment to settle. That’s completely normal and always welcome. Take breaks as needed, move at your own pace, and know there’s zero pressure to keep up with anyone else in the room.
This class is more than just a workout; it’s a chance to connect with other mums, feel good in your body again, and be part of a community that truly understands. Fun, safe, and inclusive.
