Wake up with exercise

Wake up half an hour earlier and squeeze in that extra exercise for the day. If you find that it is hard to wake up then why not set your alarm and keep it away from the bed, this will make you actually get out of bed to turn it off, and while you are up why not start your day with a walk or a run. The benefits of waking up early are that you will be up before everyone else and can start your exercise plan for the day with no interruptions from your family. Remember that exercising boosts your energy levels, so exercise in the morning and see the increase in your energy throughout the day.
