For Clubs that are looking to learn new and improved exercises to enhance the performance of either the individual or the team. To maximise sports performance we use research based sports specific training. This includes specialised training in plyometrics, speed, agility, power and endurance unique to a sport.
 
Plyometrics is exercise training designed to specifically produce fast, powerful movements, and improve the functions of the nervous system for the purpose of optimising performance in a specific sport. We will make you jump higher, run faster and hit harder.
 
We also provide and explain a periodised training program specifically for your sport and team. The process of periodisation is defined as division of the annual training plan into smaller, precise and more manageable parts to ensure correct peaking for main competition of the year. The plan is divided sequentially into the mesocycle (long term cycle), macrocycle (multi-week training cycle), microcycle (weekly training cycle) and daily training sessions. The combination of different training cycles wthin the annual plan will depend on the sports specific goals of the competition year. After development we will take each training session and make sure that the program plan written is being performed correctly and fulfilling to its maximum potential.
 
An example of this would be a rugby league team training specifically for a whole season to first make the grand final and eventually win. To do this the team will have to divide the season into parts and train specifically in those parts to peak at the end of the season to play at their full potential.
