Sonya offers therapy in a wide range of areas including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, work stress, bullying, childhood behavioural issues, autism and aspergers.
Therapies offered: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Relaxation training, Psychometric Testing and Assessments, and IQ tests.
Special Interests: Sonya has a special interest in Aspergers and Autism. She is qualified to carry out assessments to detect these disorders under the "Helping Children with Autism” initiative. She presents many therapies, both individual and group, to assist children, teens and adults, including Tony Attwood’s "Cognitive Affective Training” and "Secret Agent Society: Solving the Mystery of Social Encounters”
