Being pregnant is an exciting and life-affirming time for every woman. Your body will go through a lot of changes over the next few months. At B Transformed we have developed our Prenatal Pilates to help you adapt and prepare yourself physically for the stresses preganancy will place on your body.
 
We understand that every woman's experience of pregnancy is unique and that is why we will ensure that your every need is attended to and the exercises are adapted specificly for you.
 
Our class will provide you with a wonderfully nurturing, renewing practise that will safely strengthen your body for childbirth. We will also focus on your breathing, centreing and focus.
 
Your Fitness Professionals will provide you with nutritional information and other exercise tips that will support you on this journey.
