Make it a daily challenge to always find ways to move your body. There are many ways to move more throughout the day. Walking or riding to work is a great option but if that is not convenient then park your car further away from work and walk. Using the stairs rather than the escualtors. Instead of always taking the easy way out, challenge yourself and you will find that by moving a little bit more combined with regular exercise will help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
