At B Transformed, we know that healthy living is a 3 part process. It is exercise, good eating, and support. Without any 1 of these components the other 2 will eventually fail. Healthy living is not the easy way, but it is the best! That’s why at B Transformed we support every area of your life that you let us into!

B Transformed ensures you have:

- Daily exercise – we run over 30 classes each week, and personal training is also available anytime, any day for individuals, small or corporate groups.

- B Food – we give you the easy option of our B Food – a healthy, nutritious meal for breakfast or lunch!

- Nutritional advice – ask us how to change your diet, how to get those tasty treats without over indulging

- Accountability – at B Transformed, we want you to be in charge! We want to equip you to be the boss of your body and your life. By teaching you about how you’re feeling, what makes you feel good and gives you energy, you will quickly learn how great it feels to be in charge of your life.

- 24 hour support – Any day, any time, just call us and one of our specially trained people will be there to take your questions. If it’s motivation you need to keep on with your good decisions, call and we will quickly help you see all the wonderful work you’ve done already!

- Psychological support – Katie Murrell and her team of psychologists are there anytime for your needs. They specialize in health psychology and are well experienced in working with any battles that may be in your way to a new, healthy life.
